1.         
That Bradford District’s BCF submission for
2025-26 be noted and approved by the Health and Wellbeing
Board.
 

2.         
That authority be delegated to the Chair to sign off
the BCF 25-26 plan after the recommendations from the BCF assurance
panel have been actioned.
