Resolved –
 
That having
considered all valid representations made by the parties to the
hearing; valid written representations received during the
statutory period, the published statement of licensing policy and
relevant statutory guidance; the Panel grants the application as
applied for subject to the additional condition offered:
 
-      
That the premises licence holder shall install and maintain a
receptacle for litter and other refuse for use by customers subject
to obtaining any necessary consent.
-      
That litter and refuse that is left immediately outside the
premises is cleared on a daily basis.

Assistant Director, Waste, Fleet, Environmental Health &
Licensing
