Resolved –
 

1.      That it be approved
that the Shipley Area Co-ordinators, under delegated powers, have
the responsibility for making decisions on all grant applications
administered by the Shipley Area Co-ordinators office, after
seeking guidance from the Grants Advisory Group.
 

2.     That in the current municipal
year and in accordance with an established precedent, the Area
Committee agrees the membership of the Grants Advisory
Group.
 

3.     That the
Shipley Area Co-ordinators Office be requested to continue to
ensure the effective allocation of all the grant funding by
providing appropriate support and advice to applicants.

 

4.     That Members
wished to thank the Officers in the Shipley Area Co-ordinators team
for all of their hard work on the Grants Advisory Group.
