Resolved –
 
(1)       That the Bradford
West Area Committee approves the      programmes of Traffic Regulation
Orders for 2025/26 listed in          
Appendices 1 and 2 subject to the addition of formal Blue Badge
           
Parking Place Traffic Regulation Orders at 32 Bempton Place, 37
           
Rothesay Terrace, 11 Aberdeen Place, 240 St Margarets Road and
      271 Great
Horton Road to Appendix 2.
 
(2)       That approval be
given to prepare and advertise the Traffic        Regulation Orders
subject to the scheme details being agreed with the local Ward
Members.
 
(3)       That any valid
objections to the advertised Traffic Regulation    Orders be submitted to this Area Committee
for consideration or     
in the event of there being no valid objections the Traffic
    Regulation Orders be
sealed, made and implemented as advertised.
 
(4)       That a further
report be brought to this Area Committee to          consider
the full Safe Roads programme for 2025/26.
