Resolved –
 
That having
considered all valid representations made by the parties to the
hearing; valid written representations received during the
statutory period, the published statement of licensing policy and
relevant statutory guidance; the Panel refuses the application.
 
Reason: The Panel
were not convinced in light of the evidence heard from the
applicant, that the applicant would be able to meet and uphold one
or more of the Licensing Objectives, these being Prevention of
Crime and Disorder and Protection of Children from Harm.

by: Assistant Director of Waste, Fleet, Environmental Health
and Licensing
