Purpose

To seek approval to implement the proposed
programme of major repairs across the LA-maintained schools estate
following the announcement by DfE of this year’s capital
funding allocation £2,574,590 under the Capital Improvement
Programme (CIP) to Bradford Council.

Resolved –
 

(1)          
That the proposed programme of works under Capital Improvement
Programme (CIP) as set out in this Document “S” be
approved.

 

(2)          
That contingencies be retained to cover any unforeseen,
emergency works or any overspend incurred in previous years’
programme of works.
