(1)       That Document
“C” be noted.
 
(2)      
That the Committee requests a follow-up report to be brought
  back in 12 months’
time, providing updated data and analysis on
         housing
and related issues across the Keighley and Ilkley           
constituency. The report should include:
 
•       
  Updated and comparative data since
the last report.
•       
  Focus on key issues: empty homes,
housing growth especially social housing, planning, and housing
linked to domestic abuse.
•       
  Include constituency wide data with
ward level breakdowns.
•       
  Offer context to reflect the
committee’s priorities.
 
(3)      
That the Committee extends its thanks to the Head of Housing
Access, Strategy and Homelessness for his attendance and for
     providing detailed
responses to Members’ questions.
 
(4)      
That the Committee also expresses its appreciation to     Manningham Housing Association for its
contribution to the           
provision of housing services across Keighley and Ilkley
    
constituency.
