Purpose

The Cohesion Framework will be an overall
document that our community-based strategies can sit
under.  The delivery plan from the
framework will have obligations for all directorates and public
service providers in terms of their delivery of services
contributing to cohesion objectives.

Content

Resolved –
 

(1)   
That Executive noted the Health and Wellbeing
Board approval of the      Cohesion
Framework.

 

(2)   
Ask that the Health and Wellbeing Board to task
the Stronger     
Communities Partnership Board to implement and monitor the Action
   Plan.
