Resolved-
 
That consideration
of the petition be deferred and request the Police and Anti-Social
Behaviour Team to investigate allegations of anti-social behaviour
in the area, and that a Rights of Way Officer presents a report
back to the Area Committee on the options, progress and outcomes in
six months’ time.
