that general dispensations be granted in accordance with paragraph
21.1 of the Members’ Code of Conduct  to any member with an interest in Motion 12.2
Financial Support for people with a terminal illness, Motion 12.7
Disabled Persons Travel Pass in West Yorkshire and Motion 12.11
Call to divest the West Yorkshire Pension Fund from companies that
are complicit in or profit from the violation of Palestinian human
rights, international law and acts of ethnic cleansing.
 
Resolved -
 
That in accordance
with paragraph 21.1 of the Members’ Code of Conduct general
dispensations  were granted
 to any member with an interest
in Motion 12.2 Financial Support for people with a terminal
illness, Motion 12.7 Disabled Persons Travel Pass in West Yorkshire
and Motion 12.11 Call to divest the West Yorkshire Pension Fund
from companies that are complicit in or profit from the violation
of Palestinian human rights, international law and acts of ethnic
cleansing as  in each case members may
have an interest themselves or through relatives which would impede
business, upset the representation of different political groups
and it is in the interest of the area generally to have all members
able to participate.
