That the
Committee noted the performance improvement information contained
within this report - specifically, the 8% and 9% increases in
timely responses to Stage 1 and Stage 2 complaints respectively,
compared to the previous financial year and supports the key
improvement actions outlined in Section 8 of the Annual Report to
ensure continued progress including:-

Training and Communication;

·        
SEND Complaints.
