i) To decline to make a Definitive Map
Modification Order to add the footpath between Fagley Lane and
Green Lane, Bradford, as shown on the application map, to the
Bradford Definitive Map and Statement
ii) The Council will serve notice of this decision on the applicant
and the owners and occupiers of land to which the application
relates. The council will inform the applicant of their right to
appeal to the Secretary of State, as provided for under Schedule 14
of the 1981 Act, regarding this decision,
iii) If, upon appeal, the Council is directed to make an Order by
the Secretary of State and if objections are received to that
Order, the Council may adopt a neutral stance at any subsequent
public inquiry whether that be by way of written representations, a
hearing or a locally-held inquiry
