(1)          
Executive considered the objections received in
response to the     Public
Open Space Notice (POSN) placed in the local publications to the
proposed disposal of land to Shipley      College        and;
 
(2)      Following consideration of the
objections, Executive agreed,        subject to a
deliverable project, to the disposal at ‘less than best
  consideration’ the land at
Caroline Street, for the         development of
     the Community, Art,
Heritage & Future Technology Centre as set          
out in Document “AL”.
