That the application for a review
of a premises license
for
263 Allerton Road, Bradford, BD15 7QU
be adjourned to
Wednesday 14 January 2026.
 
Reasons- Having heard from the Parties, on
balance the Panel decided that it is necessary and in the interests
of fairness that the matter be adjourned to enable the Licence
Holder to attend in person and/or to provide proper instructions to
his representative, and for the application to be determined on
Wednesday 14 January 2026.
