That having
considered the Application for Review; all valid representations
made by the parties to the hearing: valid written representations
received during the statutory period, the published statement of
licensing policy and relevant statutory guidance; the Panel
considered that the Licence holder has failed to uphold all four
Licencing objectives, on the evidence heard. Therefore, the Panel
determined that the premises licence be revoked in respect of
Allerton Mini Market, 103 Saffron Drive, Bradford, BD15
7NQ.
 
Reason
– It is considered that the revocation is necessary,
appropriate and proportionate to ensure compliance and promotion of
the Prevention of Crime and Disorder, Public Safety, The prevention
of Public Nuisance and The Protection of children from harm
objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
