land by private treaty and within the existing capital
budget.

Strategic Director, Place in consultation with the Strategic
Director, Corporate Resources/S151 officer for the construction of
a new major cemetery subject to Executive approval of the final
cost.
 
(3)          
£3.4m being added to the capital
programme as part of the formal budget process in March
