That
Executive approved:
 
(1)          
The increase in rent by 4.8% in line with the
Social Housing Regulators Rent Standard of CPI (3.8% as at
September 2025) plus 1% for Council housing stock from 1 April
2026.
 
(2)          
The increase in service charges by 3.8% (in line
with CPI) to enable the HRA to recover the costs of providing
services to extra care housing tenants which are specific to their
tenancies.
