Resolved –
 
(1)          
That the objections have been taken into account
and is determined that they do not outweigh the proposed benefits
of the scheme and the Order therefore be made, sealed and
implemented as advertised subject to the removal of the parts of
the scheme on Lower Rushton Road, Silverdale Road, Lonsdale Street
and Kingsley Avenue and the loading restrictions element of the
Bolton Road proposal, and limited waiting element of the Parry Lane
proposal.
 
(2)          
That the originally approved proposals in respect
of Thornbury Grove and Bradford Road, Idle be
abandoned.
 
(3)          
That the objectors be informed
accordingly.
