That
the petition for the closure be rejected as this does not meet the
legal requirements for a closure under the tests in
place.
 
Footnote: There is disconnect
between some of the answers to the online survey and the take up of
local services around the reporting of issues to the Police, the
ASB Team and the Youth Service, so perhaps there is scope for
greater involvement with these agencies in the event of any issues
in future. To this end there should be further engagement with the
Bradford South Area Office, with a view to convening a task force
with the relevant partners including Yorkshire Housing, which is
the primary housing provider in the area.
