The report seeks endorsement of the West
Yorkshire Local Transport Plan ( LTP). The LTP has been subject to
consultation and the final version is due to be adopted by West
Yorkshire Combined Authority.

Executive endorsed the West Yorkshire LTP, as proposed to be
amended following consultation, as appended to the West Yorkshire
Combined Authority Transport Committee report considered on 29th
January 2026.
