Purpose

This report seeks Executive approval for the
adoption of a new Residents Parking Permit Policy and associated
Review Framework covering all existing and future schemes across
the district.

Resolved –
 
That the
Executive:
 (1)    Approved the Residents'
Parking Permit Schemes Policy
         Framework set out
in Appendix B to Document “BE”,          
superseding the Executive decision of 6 November
2018.
 (2)     Authorised officers to
process outstanding petitions for scheme        review or removal in
accordance with the approved policy    framework.
 (3)     Authorised establishment
of a periodic review programme for existing schemes.
