That the public be
excluded from the meeting during consideration of Document
“AA”, Appendices B & C, as the information
contained exempt information under paragraph 3 (Financial or
Business Affairs) of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972,
and maintaining the exemption was considered to be in the public
interest.
