That the Committee
scrutinised the Treasury Management Strategy for 2026/27 and
recommended to Executive that Executive recommend to Council:
a) that the Treasury Management Strategy for 2026/27, including the
Minimum Revenue Provision Policy Statement and the Annual
Investment Strategy, be approved; and
b) that the Prudential Indicators set out in the Strategy,
demonstrating that short?term capital investment plans were
affordable, prudent and sustainable, be approved.
