Resolved-
 
The Panel has listened
carefully to the evidence presented by the applicant and to the
representations made by the Police. The Panel has considered
Section 120(7) of the Licensing Act 2003 and the statutory guidance
issued by the Home Office. The Panel is confident that the
applicant no longer has the propensity to reoffend and therefore
grants the personal licence applied for by Mr Gurdeep Singh.
