Resolved –

That having considered all valid representations made by the
parties to the hearing; valid written representations received
during the statutory period; the published statement of the
licensing policy; and relevant statutory guidance, the Panel grants
the application in respect of Club Premises Certificate for
Oakworth Juniors
Football Club CIC, Playing Fields, Goose Cote Lane, Keighley, BD22
7NQ.  The Panel notes that the sale
of alcohol on Sunday be removed.
