Resolved –
 

(1)          
That the technical and engineering constraints that prevent a
crossing from being installed at this location be acknowledged,
that the expected level of demand is lower than that typically
required to justify a formal crossing be noted, especially given
that suitable and alternative routes exist.

 

(2)          
That the petition be acknowledged and local concerns be noted,
but the Committee agrees that no further action be taken at this
time, other than installing a data logger to obtain the latest
traffic and speed data.
