a)    At the meeting of
Corporate Overview and Scrutiny Committee held on 7 September 2023,
consideration was given to a report of the Chair of Corporate
Overview and Scrutiny Committee, which presented the draft Annual
Overview and Scrutiny Report 2022-23, for adoption by Council.
 
Resolved –
That the Annual Overview and Scrutiny Report for 2022-23 be adopted
by Council.

b)    At the meeting of the
Governance and Audit Committee held on 21 September 2023, the
Committee considered the proposed changes to Contract Standing
Orders and Financial Regulations for approval to Council.
 
Resolved –
That the proposed changes to Contract Standing Orders and Financial
Regulations be approved to support improvements in the
organisation’s finance and procurement processes and
procedures.
