Resolved –
 
That having considered the evidence contained in the
report of the Assistant Director, Waste, Fleet and Transport
Services (Document “Q”), the published statement of
licensing policy and relevant guidance, evidence from the Personal
Licence Holder personally and to support Part 4 of the licensing
policy objectives (Prevention of Crime and Disorder), the
Panel suspends the personal licence for a period of 6
months.
 
ACTION: Assistant Director, Waste, Fleet and Transport
Services
