Resolved –
 

(1)       That
the 2022-23 draft statement of accounts, as contained in Document
“N”, be noted.
 

(2)       That the
Children’s Trust Board present a report at a future meeting
of the Governance and Audit Committee, in municipal year 2023/24,
outlining its governance and audit structure and, detailing the
financial elements of the trust.
