Resolved –

That the minutes of the meeting held on 25 June 2026 be signed as a correct record, subject to the rescinding of resolution 6 below relating to the “Highway Maintenance And Surface Dressing Allocation For Bradford West Constituency 2026/27” (Minute 7).

That, in accordance with paragraph 12.15 of Article 12 of the Council’s Constitution, the matter be referred to the Executive for consideration, requesting that the Executive review the current methodology for allocating Capital Highway Maintenance funding for non-classified roads within Bradford West, particularly City Ward, and consider whether alternative funding arrangements, including a district-wide city centre highways allocation or revised methodology, would provide for a more equitable distribution of maintenance resources, having regard to the strategic function of city centre roads.”
