Resolved –

The Executive:

(1) Reviewed the risk records at Appendix B to Document “G”, considering the observations included above. In particular to:

o agree the proposed de-escalation of risks recommended by the CRG;

o direct any further actions they deem appropriate and reasonable for the effective and timely management of the strategic risks;

(2) Approved the SRR, subject to any changes required to be reported to Governance & Audit Committee.
