Resolved –
 

(1)          
That the objections to the introduction of waiting restrictions
on Cemetery Road, Park Road and Paternoster Lane be overruled and
the Order sealed and implemented as advertised.

 

(2)          
That the Cemetery Road/Studley Avenue area be monitored
post-implementation to determine if the inclusion of additional
restrictions in a future TRO would be appropriate.
 

(3)          
That the objectors be informed accordingly.
