a)   
That the Council approves the appointment of Lorraine
O’Donnell as Chief Executive.

b)   
That the Council confirms it agrees with the proposal to appoint to
the position of Chief Executive on the salary package as detailed
in paragraph 2.7 of the report in accordance with the
Council’s Pay Policy Statement 2023/24.
