That
the Employee Appeals Panel set out in Document “A” with
the membership and Chair as shown below and with the role and
functions contained in Article 12A of the Constitution and subject
to the Rules of Procedure contained in Part 3 of the Constitution
be approved:
 
A Panel of three Councillors
(including the Chair where possible) to be selected from the
