Resolved –
 
That
Option 2, be approved to an increased budget (an extra
£4,032,777) to build the Saltaire
Care Facility having demonstrated a business case and value for
money; and agreement be given to the closure of Woodward Court,
Allerton in Spring 2023, given the poor fabric of the
building.
