(1)         
The proposal for a Clean Air Schools
Programme
           
and the Clean Air Schools Grant Programme as set out in
           
Document “E” be approved.
 

(2)         
That the use of anti-idling regulations and
enforcement
           
with fixed penalty notices in the Bradford District be
approved.

(3)      That authority be delegated to the Strategic Director of Place,
in          
consultation with the Director of Finance, Director of Legal
     and Governance
and the Portfolio Holder to determine the final        
  criteria of the Clean Air Schools
Grant Programme Fund.

(4)        That
authority be delegated to the Strategic Director of Place
in           
consultation with the Director of Legal and Governance to
       approve
and complete funding agreements with successful   applicant schools.
