That having
considered all valid representations made by the parties to the
hearing; valid written representations received during the
statutory period, the published statement of licensing policy and
relevant statutory guidance; the panel revokes the
Premises Licence in respect of
Lion Lounge (Krizma), 6-8 Sackville Street, Bradford, BD1 2AJ on
the grounds that:
 
Reason:
The premises licence holder is not promoting three of the
licensing objectives, the prevention of crime and disorder, public
safety and prevention of public nuisance and has failed to uphold
conditions on the premises licence on more than one
occasion.
