Resolved –
 
That having
considered all valid representations made by the parties to the
review; valid written representation received during the statutory
period; the published statement of licensing principles and
relevant statutory guidance the Panel suspends the licence for a
period of one month, once that period has expired the application
to be subject to the following conditions:
 
(i)          
The sale of alcohol and the provision of
regulated entertainment be restricted to between the hours of 1100
to 2300 on Fridays and Saturdays.
(ii)         
That there be no consumption of alcohol,
food or other drinks in the outside drinking area, with prominent
signage displayed encouraging patrons to co-operate with this
requirement, after 1900 hours.
 
Reason: it is
considered the above conditions are necessary to minimise noise
disturbance to nearby residents – prevention of public
nuisance objective.
