Resolved –
 
The Executive:

(1)       Noted the £406K
identified efficiency savings that have already           
been found and acknowledge work will continue in the
short-          
medium term to find more.

(2)       Agreed the proposal to
develop a long-term strategy for the      
          
provision of sports facilities and the associated timeline.

(3)      Agreed to the closure of
Baildon Recreation Centre in March 2025       subject to the stakeholder
engagement referred to in Document “AE”.  This would save £91K and avoid £913K
of maintenance     
costs.
