Purpose

This Decision Sheet reviews 527 formal
objections received in response to the formal advertisement of the
following order:
The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (Tariffs and
Charges) (No.1) Order 2024.
The proposed order aims to introduce changes to residents',
visitors', business, and workers' parking permits as well as
updates to Pay & Display tariffs across the district. These
changes are intended to ensure financial sustainability,
operational efficiency, and alignment with similar parking schemes
in neighbouring authorities.

Content

1. That the objections to the City of Bradford
Metropolitan District Council (Tariffs and Charges) (No.1) Order
2024 are duly noted and considered.
2. That the objections are overruled based on the officer responses
and statutory justifications, and the proposed Order be sealed and
implemented as advertised.
3. That the objectors be advised accordingly.
