procurement process for connecting to the district heat
network.

Resolved –
 
That Executive
delegate authority to the Strategic Director, Corporate Resources
in conjunction with the Interim Director of Legal and Governance,
Director of Finance, Leader of the Council and portfolio holder(s),
to enter into contractual arrangements
with Bradford Energy Limited (owned by 1Energy), subject to
satisfactory financial and contractual negotiations.
