Purpose

. Planning permission has been granted for the
development of residential
accommodation at Anvil Court, accessed from Church Street. As part
of the approval the developer is required to fund a Traffic
Regulation Order (TRO)
2. In order to facilitate safe vehicular and pedestrian movements,
a TRO to
introduce No Waiting At Any Time restrictions on Church Street and
Seal
Street, at the access to the residential development is required to
maintain
visibility splays.

Content

i) That authorisation be given to prepare and
advertise a Traffic Regulation Order for waiting restrictions on
Church Street and Seal Street, Bradford.
ii) That any valid objections to the Orders be submitted to the
Bradford West Area Committee for consideration or, in the event of
there being no valid objections the Order be sealed and implemented
as advertised.
