Purpose
1. Planning Permission has been granted for a
new residential development within an existing mill building (ref:
20/05865/MAF). A condition of the permission is that the developer
funds a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) on roads adjacent to the
site.
2. In order to facilitate safe vehicular and pedestrian movements,
a TRO to
introduce No Waiting At Any Time restrictions on Legrams Lane and
No
Stopping On Footpath on Legrams Lane is required to maintain
visibility
splays and enhance pedestrian movement on the pathway adjacent to
the
site. It is also proposed to include some sections of limited
waiting/permit
parking as part of the Order to mirror other nearby
restrictions.
Content
i) That authorisation be given to prepare and
promote a Traffic Regulation Order for waiting restrictions on
Legrams Lane, Bradford.
ii) That any valid objections to the Orders be submitted to the
Bradford West Area Committee for consideration or, in the event of
there being no valid objections the Order be sealed and implemented
as advertised.
