That having
considered the application for review, the published statement of
licensing principles and relevant statutory guidance the Panel
revokes the premises licence.
 
Reason: The Panel
considered that the Premises Licence Holder had shown a blatant
disregard for the prevention of Crime and Disorder and Public
Safety Objectives.
