The Portfolio Holder for Transport, Highways
and Road Safety agreed that the process adopted for enforcing
against the misuse of Blue Badges in the Borough since 2020 is
retained.
 
The Portfolio Holder for Transport, Highways
and Road Safety agreed to delegate any minor changes needed in the
coming years to the Director for Environment and Public Protection
after ongoing discussion with the Portfolio Holder.
