That:
 
i.) 
the projected overspend of £450k on
controllable expenditure based on information as at July 2023 be
noted;
 
ii.) 
the release of amounts carried forward from
2022/23 as set out in section 3.5 of the report be agreed;
and,
 
iii.) 
the Executive be recommended to agree the release
of funds from the Central Contingency as set out in section 3.6 of
the report.
