That the Portfolio
Holder for Adult Care and Health, in agreement with the Chief
Officer, Director of Corporate Services, Assistant Director of
Governance & Contracts and the Director of Finance, approve the
Formal Contract Extension, resulting in the continuation of the
contract with ‘Your Voice in Health and Social Care’
until 31st March 2027. The estimated value of the
three-year extension is £245k.
