Acceptance of Offer C received
for the Council’s freehold interest known as Beckenham Public
Halls, Bromley Road, Beckenham, BR3 5JE be authorised.
 
2. 
Authority be delegated to the Director of Housing,
Planning and Regeneration to finalise terms of sale and proceed
with the transaction.
 
3. 
Authority be delegated to the Director of Housing,
Planning and Regeneration to serve a break notice on MyTime Active,
to terminate the lease of the Public Halls dated 04 April 2019
between (1) the Council and (2) MyTime Active.
 
4. 
Authority be delegated to the Assistant Director of
Legal Services to enter into all relevant legal agreements and any
ancillary legal documentation relating to the disposal.
