1. 
The contents of the report be noted, including a
total rephasing of £12.2m from 2024/25and 2025/26 into future
years as detailed in section 3.7 of the report, and a revised
Capital Programme be agreed;
2. 
The Capital Strategy for 2025/26 to 2028/29 be
approved including the following amendments to the Capital
Programme:
(a)  Adjustments
identified as part of the capital monitoring process totalling a
net reduction of £481k as detailed in section 3.6;
and
(b) The addition of
£75k for a new scheme as detailed in section 3.9 of the
report.
