1. 
It be noted that the number of schemes included in
this procurement has increased from the three mentioned in gateway
0 to five schemes.

2. 
The request to initiate the tender process for the
provision of care and support services in ECH in the spring of 2025 with new contracts to
commence from 1 August 2026 be approved. The anticipated financial
envelope for care and is an estimated £3.7m per annum. The contract length of the new
service will be for a period of five years with the option to
extend for a period of up to a further three years plus a further
two years.

The partnership delivery model as the preferred
approach for service delivery be endorsed.
